Steve Gulis is a seasoned financial and corporate advisory professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal at SLG Advisors since 2008, Steve has also held numerous directorships, including positions at Sleep Number Corporation and Independent Bank Corporation, where responsibilities include serving on audit and governance committees. Steve's past experience includes leadership roles such as President and COO at Kamps Pallets and CFO at Northern Jet Management. Prior to these roles, Steve was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Wolverine World Wide Inc. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Northern Michigan University, earned between 1975 and 1979.
