Suzanna Zeitler

Suzanna Zeitler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer insights and market development, currently serving as Senior Director at John Wiley and Sons since 2008, following a role as Associate Director in the same company. Previous roles include Advisory Board Member at CX@Rutgers, Executive Editor and Executive Marketing Manager at McGraw-Hill Higher Education, and Unit Manager at Pearson. Suzanna also held the position of Executive Producer/Director in New Media at Pearson Education and served in various sales, marketing, and new media roles at HarperCollins Publishers. An alumnus of Washington University in St. Louis, Suzanna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Germanic Language and Literature.
