Rochelle Herring

Rochelle Herring, Ed.D., currently serves as the Senior Managing Director at WestEd, where responsibilities include business planning, team building, quality review, and designing research initiatives and programs. Previously, Rochelle was a Visiting Professor at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, teaching courses on qualitative research, school law and policy, and inclusive school contexts. Rochelle's extensive experience includes serving as a Senior Program Officer and Program Officer at the Wallace Foundation and Transformation By Design, LLC, respectively, focusing on educational leadership and organizational transformation. Early career roles encompass project management at America's Choice and intern positions within Atlantic Public Schools and the National Center on Education and the Economy.
