Martijn van Paradijs

Martijn van Paradijs is an experienced leader in supply chain and distribution operations with an extensive background in the footwear and apparel industry. Currently serving as Director of Distribution Operations at VF Corporation since September 2015, Martijn oversees budget management, cost control, and key performance indicators for major brands including Timberland, Icebreaker, Altra, and Smartwool. Prior roles include senior management positions at VF Corporation, where Martijn enhanced supply chain processes and operational efficiency for the Vans brand. Earlier experiences at K-Swiss Global Brands involved comprehensive supply chain management for multiple brands across the EMEA region, leading initiatives in demand and supply management, customer service, and process improvements. Martijn's career began at Frans Maas Logistics, where early roles in logistics engineering and project management laid the foundation for subsequent leadership positions. Martijn holds a BSc in Industrial Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and pursued further training in project management and supply chain proficiency.
