Sure Squat

Sure Squat is an innovative athletic support designed to assist and encourage proper form while lifting. The Sure Squat support has the ability to protect multiple areas and joints of the body during everyday use. The user will feel the compression of a normal support belt around their waist. The support belt of the Sure Squat enhances intra-abdominal pressure creating a more rigid and robust core, protecting the lumbar spine during squat movements and heavy lifting activities. Along with low back support, the unique design of Sure Squat provides additional protection around both knee joints. The knee wrap design provides compression assisting in secondary support of the knee joint while correcting common mechanical faults during squat movements. As the user squats down, the criss-crossed bands will stretch across the back of the user directing the knees to move slightly outward preventing them from caving inward. The stretch of the bands will also help pull the hips back into a hip hinge position (keeping them square) and the compression of the waist will encourage the user to keep their chest up placing the lumbar spine into a safe and neutral position. Then the elastic recoil of the bands will assist the user back to the top of the squat position through a safe and efficient movement pattern. Overall, Sure Squat: -Protects the lumbar spine -Provides support to both knee joints -Keeps back/hips/knees in safe alignment -Assists users to the top of the squat movement
