Doug Demartin

Doug DeMartin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate strategy and development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Strategy & Development at Steelcase since June 2019, Doug has previously held key roles such as Director of Corporate Strategy at the same company and Case Team Leader at Bain & Company from September 2016 to June 2019. Doug's career also includes experience as a Summer Intern at PERI Group and significant contributions at Celgene, where responsibilities included leading the Market Access launch team for Revlimid and conducting strategic data analysis to enhance product sales. Additionally, Doug was a Professional Athlete with the Portland Timbers from February 2010 to March 2011. Doug holds an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Finance from Michigan State University.
