Chris Lillie has over 15 years of experience in various HR roles. Chris is currently the Group HR Director at SHS Group since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the HR Director for the Island of Ireland at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company from 2013 to 2017, and as an HR Business Partner for the Island of Ireland from 2010 to 2013. Chris also served as the European HR Manager at Qualitrol and Danaher Sensors & Controls from 2008 to 2010. Before that, they worked as an HR Project Manager at Alliance Pharmacy from 2005 to 2008, and as an Assistant HR Manager at Almac Group from 2004 to 2005.
Chris Lillie attended Queen's University Belfast from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a BA(Hons) degree in Hispanic Studies.
