Maralyn Schmiedeke

Maralyn Schmiedeke has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Maralyn currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Republic National Distributing Company since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Young's Market Company, where they served as the Director of Human Resources Business Partners - CA from December 2016 to November 2021, and as a Human Resources Business Partner from November 2013 to December 2016.

Before their time at Young's Market Company, Maralyn worked at Target as an Executive Team Lead Human Resources from November 2004 to November 2013. Maralyn also has experience in the healthcare industry, having worked at GlenBrook Health Center as the Director of GlenView Assisted Living from February 2003 to March 2004, and as a Human Resources Director from June 2001 to February 2003. In these roles, they managed daily operations, developed policies and procedures, built relationships with community leaders, and conducted recruitment campaigns.

Maralyn Schmiedeke holds a Master's Degree in Business & Health Administration from Chapman University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at California State University, Fullerton from 1992 to 1997.
