Nancy Whalen

Nancy Whalen currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Prosperity Life, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Nancy held various senior human resources positions at Vista Equity Partners from January 2020 to May 2025, including Interim Head of Human Resources and Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Nancy's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Goldman Sachs from January 2014 to January 2017 and as a Data Specialist/Workforce Planning Lead at McKinsey & Company. Earlier in their career, Nancy was the Communications Lead for Global Talent Acquisition at AIG and received an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, as well as a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
