Ian Lavey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ian is currently the Head of Operations at Pear Commerce since December 2022. Previously, they worked at EatStreet, where they held various positions including SVP of Operations, VP of Operations-Technology, and Director of Operations. In these roles, they focused on leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency, manage customer support and logistics teams, and develop cost-effective solutions. Ian also worked as a Project Manager at EatStreet, where they successfully managed the implementation of new technologies and operational business processes. Prior to EatStreet, they held positions at Vector Marketing as a Pilot Sales Manager and Branch Manager.
Ian Lavey attended Nekoosa High School from 2004 to 2008. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied Economics from 2008 to 2012. Ian graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics. Additionally, in 2011, Ian Lavey briefly studied Economics at Università Bocconi.
