John A. Lockard is the current Chairman of Navy Federal Credit Union. John served in the US Navy for five years, from 1995 to 2000, as Commander Naval Air Systems Command. After their time in the Navy, they became a member of the Navy Federal Credit Union Board of Directors.
John A. Lockard earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School. John then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the U.S. Naval War College.
