Kenneth R. Burns was born on October 10th, 1965 in Trenton, NJ. Kenneth has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. Kenneth started their career as a programmer and then moved into management. Kenneth has been with Navy Federal Credit Union for two years and is currently the Secretary. Kenneth previously worked for Fiserv from February 2011 to June 2014 as the VP Data Center Operations GOC. Kenneth was responsible for the financial, technical, and operational aspects of the company's Global Operations Data Centers in Cherry Hill and Vancouver, BC. Kenneth also drove automation and standards in order to lower costs and eliminate errors from the operational environment. In December 2009, they started working for Open Solutions as the VP Data Center Operations. Kenneth was responsible for the operations of the data center in Cherry Hill, NJ and Vancouver, BC. Kenneth's focus was on automation, change control, team mentoring, procedure definition, and meeting 100% of SLAs.
Kenneth R. Burns is a graduate of La Salle University, where they earned their BA and MS in Computer Science. Kenneth also holds a certification from PEOPLECERT in ITIL Foundation Certification.
