Thérèse Esperdy

Therese Esperdy has extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent corporations. Currently serving as Non Executive Chairman, Senior Independent Director, and Independent Director at Imperial Brands PLC since July 2016, and as Corporate Board Director at Moody's Corporation since March 2019, Therese also held the position of Senior Independent Director at National Grid Plc from March 2014 to December 2023. Prior to these roles, Therese was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan from February 1997 to October 2015, overseeing Global Financial Institutions and co-heading Corporate and Investment Banking in Asia Pacific, as well as leading Global Debt Capital Markets. Therese's career began at Lehman Brothers, where a tenure as Senior Vice President spanned from August 1989 to February 1997. Therese earned a Master of Public and Private Management (MPPM) from Yale School of Management.
