Gianna Sagan

Gianna Sagan currently serves as the VP of Operations and General Counsel at LucidLink since January 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Gunderson Dettmer from October 2019 to January 2023, Kirkland & Ellis from March 2018 to October 2019, and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP from September 2016 to March 2018, specializing in Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions. Earlier roles included legal internships at Losch & Ehrlich, AIDS Action Committee, and the UCSB Legal Resource Center. Gianna holds a law degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
