Nathália Reiser

Nathália Reiser is an experienced executive assistant, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Loadsmart since April 2023. With a strong background in high-level administrative support, Nathália has previously held similar roles at Navi, Stone, and SICPA, where responsibilities included coordinating travel, managing branch operations, and preparing agendas for meetings. Nathália's earlier career includes positions at BTFIT as a Producer and Assistant to the CEO, and in the hospitality sector at Windsor Hoteis as a hotel receptionist and reservation clerk. Nathália holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from USP/Esalq and a degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, alongside additional studies in Portuguese-Japanese language.
