Gavin Pathross is an accomplished technology and digital transformation leader currently serving as the Head of Digital and Technology at HEINEKEN Vietnam since March 2024, where responsibilities include managing a 60-member team focused on digital initiatives such as Data & Analytics, AI, and automation. Previously, Gavin founded and served as CEO of Ross Digital and RATIO robotic cafe & lounge, and held the Chief Digital Officer position at Yum! Brands, leading digital strategies for multiple brands. With experience as Greater China Leader at Deloitte Digital and Partner at Deloitte Consulting, Gavin has effectively addressed complex business challenges through strategic insight. Additionally, Gavin's early career included roles at Frost & Sullivan, HP, and founding Out Of The Box. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and an Executive MBA from Tsinghua University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Purdue University.
