Alexandria Turner M.Ed., PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Flatter, Inc. since December 2011, following roles as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Principal. Prior to this, Alexandria gained valuable insight as an intern in Victim Services at the Metropolitan Police, managing social justice cases and facilitating outreach on domestic violence issues. Alexandria holds a Master of Education in Secondary Education from the University of Mary Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from The George Washington University, complemented by early education at Colonial Forge High School. Additionally, participation in Leadership Fredericksburg showcases a commitment to continuous professional development.
