Jenna Gentry has a comprehensive work history that spans over several years. Jenna began their career as an Administrative Assistant at DCT Welding & Assembly starting in 1995. In 1997, they transitioned to the role of Executive Assistant at Comau, where they worked until 2004. Jenna then joined iDashboards in 2009, where they served as the Human Resource & Accounting Director for a decade. In 2019, they joined Fieldstone A&E, initially serving as the Director of Human Resources. Currently, Jenna holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at the same company. Throughout their career, Jenna has gained extensive experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation analysis, benefits administration, and training.
