Joel Kellogg has extensive experience in various roles at ETS-Lindgren, beginning in 2000 as a Product Manager for Low Frequency Systems. Joel then progressed to roles such as Manager of Technical Engineering and Consulting, Director of Medical Project Management, Director of Medical Sales, Director of Global Services, and finally, Director of Business Development Healthcare and I/G Shielding. In these positions, Joel was involved in various aspects of the organization, including engineering, accounting, marketing, and business development. Joel also played a key role in creating and maintaining successful brands, conducting market research, and driving sales revenues. Additionally, Joel has experience working at Field Management Services as a Director of Engineering, where they provided electromagnetic engineering and consulting services to clients and implemented new accounting and project management systems. At ETS-Lindgren, their responsibilities included developing global service centers, leading service strategy teams, and contributing to new product development.

Joel Kellogg completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, from 1992 to 1997. In 2002-2003, they pursued a Certificate of Business Administration, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, at the University of Illinois Chicago. Later, from 2004 to 2007, they obtained an MBA degree in International and Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
