Kimberly Burch

Kimberly Burch has a diverse work experience in the chemical and cosmetics industry. Kimberly started their career as an Analytical Chemist at Fluid Packaging in 1995, where they were responsible for maintaining quality standards for finished products and raw materials. In 1996, they worked as a Laboratory Technician at Lipo Chemicals, providing laboratory support and evaluation of new products. Kimberly also worked with sales teams and customers to provide formulating guidelines and base formulas for new products.

From 1996 to 2009, Kimberly served as Vice President at Barlo Laboratories, where they managed critical functional and business process aspects associated with the development of skin care products. Their responsibilities included working in the laboratory and at customer sites, managing project initiatives, recommending best practices, leading teams, and providing effective solutions to complex business issues.

In 2009, they joined Inolex Chemicals, Inc as a Cosmetic Laboratory Manager, providing support to the sales team and evaluating new products. Kimberly also participated in seminars worldwide and supported the global sales team and distributors.

Currently, Kimberly is working at Elementis Specialties as the Global Technical Director - Consumer Group, a role they started in February 2017. Their responsibilities include providing technical support to sales teams, evaluating new products, lecturing in seminars globally, and supporting the global sales team and distributors.

Kimberly Burch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The College of New Jersey between the years 1990 and 1994.
