Kimberly Burch has a diverse work experience in the chemical and cosmetics industry. Kimberly started their career as an Analytical Chemist at Fluid Packaging in 1995, where they were responsible for maintaining quality standards for finished products and raw materials. In 1996, they worked as a Laboratory Technician at Lipo Chemicals, providing laboratory support and evaluation of new products. Kimberly also worked with sales teams and customers to provide formulating guidelines and base formulas for new products.
