Andy Darlison

Andy Darlison has an extensive career in pensions and benefits management, currently serving as the Global Head of Reward and Benefits at Clifford Chance LLP since November 1994. Throughout the tenure at Clifford Chance, Andy has held several key positions, including Head of Reward and Benefits and Pension and Benefits Manager. Prior to this, Andy worked as a Pensions Admin at The Cheviot Trust for a brief period in 1994, and held roles at Rio Tinto as a Senior Pensions Officer from 1987 until July 1994 and at Unilever as a Pensions Administrator from 1984 to July 1987.
