Kristin Drew

Chief Financial Officer at CapitalG

Kristin Drew joined Google in 2011 and is the Chief Financial Officer for CapitalG. She oversees the Fund’s finance, accounting, and portfolio reporting functions and is closely involved in the investment process. Before CapitalG, Kristin was a Manager on Google’s finance integration team where she worked on numerous deals, including Google’s acquisition and divestitures of Motorola Mobility. Kristin also acted as Controller for newly acquired companies prior to integration.

Prior to Google, Kristin was a Manager in PwC’s Transaction Services practice where she advised private equity and corporate clients.

Kristin is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
