Zach Firestone

Zach Firestone is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong focus on backend development and cloud technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at Capacity, Zach contributes to the maintenance of over 40 micro-services, primarily using Python and the Flask framework. Prior to this role, Zach was a Technical Lead at Mend, where Zach created a containerized environment in Google Cloud's Kubernetes Engine and developed a Python consumer application. Zach's career also includes positions at GolfNow as a Software Engineer, AssistRx as a Lead Developer, TravelClick as a Web Developer, and Emerson Communications as a Web Developer. Zach holds a degree in Internet & Interactive Systems with a focus on Web and Graphic Design from the University of Central Florida.
