Katy Mirzaie

Katy Mirzaie is a seasoned professional in operations and organizational transformation, currently serving as a Partner at Baringa since October 2015, where roles include D&I Partner sponsor and Senior Manager. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Baringa Partners from October 2014 to October 2015 and leadership of the Data Analytics Team in Europe at Gallup from September 2012 to October 2014, overseeing hiring and client relationships.
