Kate Harris is a seasoned administrative professional with extensive experience in executive assistance and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Assistant at Baringa since March 2024, Kate previously held key positions at The Owl Centre, including Head of People and Operations Manager. Earlier experiences include roles as Training & Events Coordinator at Social Enterprise Kent, Personal Assistant at CATERING NATURALLY LTD (trading as Healthy Roots), and Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner at Deloitte. Kate's career began at IBM, with progressive roles that included Assistant in the UK & Ireland General Manager's Office and Team Assistant in the Public Sector Consulting team.
